We want to make sure that everyone who owns a Sonnenglas gets the best out of it. That's why we explain here when you are entitled to the warranty extension and how you can easily apply for it using our form.

The warranty extension must be made within 2 months of the date of purchase. If the warranty extension is made after this period has expired or if the date of purchase is unknown (e.g. in the case of a gift), we reserve the right to adjust the warranty period in the event of a complaint. Basically, however, it is always important to us that you are completely satisfied with our Sonnenglas® products!

How to Find Everything You Need

You will need the serial number to extend the warranty on your Sonnenglas® products. This can be found directly on the SONNENMODUL as a QR code and also as text. For the Sonnenglas Generation 6, the serial number is a 6-digit text consisting of letters and numbers. For the previous models, it is a longer number beginning with 11C, 12C, 11M or 11M. The easiest way is to scan the QR code. The serial number is then automatically transferred to this form.

After you have completed the warranty extension, you will receive a message from us asking you to confirm your e-mail address - or with the confirmation itself. Please always check your spam folder in this regard.
