We're looking for a talented Brand Communication Designer/ Content Producer to join our South African-German team in Johannesburg, South Africa. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and producing engaging multimedia content that aligns with our commitment to sustainability and design elegance. Your work will encompass a wide range of media from print and digital to video and social platforms, ensuring a coherent and attractive brand message across all channels.

Your tasks

• Develop and execute innovative design and content strategies that reflect our brand's ethos and market positioning.
• Create visually compelling graphics and layouts for various media including website, social media, print, and packaging.
• Produce and edit video content that tells compelling stories about our products and social initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with marketing teams to ensure consistency in our brand’s voice and visuals across all communication channels.
• Spearhead the management of content timelines, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in design and content production, integrating cutting-edge techniques and tools into our workflow.
• Provide art direction for photography, videography, and graphic design, maintaining high standards for aesthetics and visual impact.

You bring

• Proven experience in graphic design, video production, and digital content creation.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and familiarity with video editing tools.
• Excellent understanding of branding and marketing principles, with the ability to produce content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a knack for prioritizing and thriving in a dynamic environment.
• A portfolio showcasing a wide range of skills in visual communication, including work in print, digital, and video media.
• A passion for sustainability and social responsibility, and a desire to work in a creative role that aligns with these values.
